Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 7–14 business days.
    Processing includes order confirmation, quality inspection, packaging, and handing off to the shipping carrier.
  • Note: During peak seasons such as Prom & Homecoming, processing times may be slightly longer.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (depending on your location)

Shipping Location

  • Shipping is exclusively available to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. 
  • Please note that we do not support shipping to PO BOX or APO/FPO addresses, and shipments to other countries are not permitted.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, your package can be tracked through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • Tracking updates may require 2–5 business days to appear, depending on the carrier.
  • Should you encounter difficulties in tracking your package, do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are committed to resolving any issues within a 48-hour timeframe.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order.
If you need to change your address:

  • Contact us within 24 hours at hocopromofficial@gmail.com
  • Orders already shipped cannot be changed or rerouted

Hocoprom is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, or taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
  • These fees are not included in product prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to:

While these situations are out of our control, we will always do our best to assist if your package encounters unusual delays.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your order:

Hocoprom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered, but we will assist with carrier claims where possible.
