Ordering & Payment

Simply browse our collections, choose your preferred dress, select size and color, and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout and complete payment securely.

We currently accept PayPal, which allows payment via PayPal balance, credit cards, debit cards, or linked bank accounts.
No. You can check out using a credit or debit card through PayPal without creating an account.
Yes. All transactions are processed through PayPal’s encrypted payment system. HocoProm does not store your payment details.
No. Discount codes must be applied during checkout and cannot be added once the order is completed.
Yes. An order confirmation email will be sent immediately after your purchase. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
Should you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer care team at hocopromofficial@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your purchase. We will respond within 48 hours to confirm any eligible changes and provide further guidance. Kindly note that once an order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations can no longer be accommodated.

Returns & After-Sales
